1. Invitation Letter for Foreign Experts to Work in China
2. Copies of the applicant’s valid passport (the basic information page, and the latest visa page shall be copied if the invitee has been to China)
3. The invitee’s CV and its Chinese translation
4. A copy of the Invitation Letter and its Chinese translation
5. A detailed schedule of the invitee in China
6. Approval documents shall be provided if the invitee is to attend any international conferences
