On campus, USTB provides housing for international students in 4 different locations: International Student Dormitory ( Dormitory No.4), Old International Student Dormitory (老楼留学生公寓)，International Student Dormitory No. 21 & No. 22 (21栋和22栋留学生公寓). You will be located in a double room (two beds in one room with independent bathroom). Rooms are equipped with basic furniture, internet, telephone, television, air-condition, and 24-hour hot water. International student can apply for a dorm with valid passport, visa and student ID card. When you check in at the front desk, you need also bring your Admission letter with you.
Students living in the International Dormitories should comply with the administrative regulations. For instance, pets are not allowed in the dorms; dormitories are non-smoking areas; Students are not allowed to put up outsiders for the night in the dorms.

There are 2 main canteens on campus, providing a variety of cuisines to meet different needs: Wanxiu canteen and Hongbo canteen. Muslim meals are on the 3rd floor of Hongbo canteen. Students need to use the campus card in the canteens. The campus card is issued by the International Students Center when student registered.
Main Canteens:
Wanxiu Canteen
Location: Wanxiu canteen locates on the eastern side of Dormitory No. 4& No. 5, and on the opposite side of USTB Olympic Gymnasium.
Operation Hours:
Breakfast: 6:45 ~ 9:00 (first & second floor)
Lunch: 10:30 ~ 13:00 (first, second, third & fourth floor)
Dinner: 16:30 ~ 19:00 (first, second, third & fourth floor)
Night Service: 19:00 ~ 20:00 (first floor; fourth floor ends at 21:00)
Hongbo Canteen
Location: Hongbo Canteen locates in the southeastern area on campus, and on the west side of Dormitory No. 2.
Operation Hours:
Breakfast: 6:45 ~ 9:00 (first & second floor)
Lunch: 10:30 ~ 13:00 (first, second, third & fourth floor)
Dinner: 16:30 ~ 19:00 (first, second, third & fourth floor)
Night Service: 19:00 ~ 20:00 (first floor; fourth floor ends at 21:00)
Other Food Options on Campus:
Food Street: There are snack and fruit stalls near the north gate. You can buy breakfast, snack and fruits there all day long.
Friendship Restaurant: locates on the south side of Wanxiu canteen. It is similar as the fourth floor in Wanxiu canteen, which is a good place to meet with friends.
University Conference Center: a tall building on the south side of Wanxiu Canteen; serves as a restaurant.
Off-Campus Restaurant:
South Gate: Bigpizza Yoshinoya
West Gate: MacDonald KFC
Fruits:
Grocery Store: locates on the east side of Residential District. You can buy fresh vegetables and fruits there.
Fruit Stalls near the North Gate: several fruit stalls and milk tea shops locate there. You can buy fresh fruits and milk tea there.
