Who is eligible to apply for the Invitation Letter?
Foreign experts who, at the invitation of an employing entity in China, come to work in the field of management, technical development, scientific research, teaching, and consultation, etc. with the duration of a stay not exceeding 90 days (including 90 days), are eligible to receive the invitation letter.
