Since 2008, the International Cultural Festival of USTB has been successfully held 11 times. The festival has seen ongoing innovation while its structure and activities have been constantly improved, creating an open, diversified and international campus environment. The 2019 Cultural Festival received strong support and participation from the Ministry of Education, the Haidian district government as well as other colleges and universities. It was also widely reported on by CETV and other media. The influence of the international cultural festival has expanded beyond USTB and has become a well-known cultural activity in Haidian District and Beijing.
