SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov and His Team Investigated the National Center for Materials Service Safety

The Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Mr. Vladimir Norov, and the first-level expert of the Secretariat Mr. LI Guangzuo, and Mr. Sametinov Timur visited the National Center for Materials Service Safety (hereinafter referred to as the "NCMS"). Prof. WANG Weicai, Vice President of USTB, and Prof.. ZHANG Weidong, commander-in-chief of the NCMS, greeted and accompanied the investigation.
In the afternoon, Mr. Vladimir Norov and his team arrived at the NCMS. In the lobby of the Main Building, Prof. WANG Weicai, on behalf of USTB, extended a warm welcome to the guests and conveyed the greetings of Mr. WU Guilong, Chancellor of USTB, and Prof, YANG Renshu, President of USTB.
In the speech, Prof. WANG Weicai paid high tribute to the SCO's long-term contribution to promoting regional multilateral cooperation and building a community with a shared future for mankind.
Subsequently, Prof. ZHANG Weidong made a detailed report on the construction background, content, latest progress and talent team, international cooperation and installation operation of the NCMS. After the report, accompanied by Prof. WANG Weicai and Prof. ZHANG Weidong, Mr. Vladimir Norov and his team visited the NCMS.
