The "Young Talents Support Project" talent training program was initiated by the China Association for Science and Technology in 2015. Its purpose is to support national societies, associations, and research councils to select and train mechanism innovative young science and technology talents, as well as discover and support outstanding young talents who have potential to become future leaders in science and technology. The program promotes talents to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. A group of national societies are selected each year as the host, and a group of young science and technology workers under the age of 32 are selected and trained for 3 consecutive years.
