President of the Kasetsart University Congratulated USTB on its 71st Anniversary

On the occasion of the 71st anniversary of USTB, Dr. Chongrak Wachrinrat, President of Kasetsart University, sent a video of best wishes online to extend warm congratulations and sincere greetings to USTB. Dr. Wachinrat first expressed his gratitude for the cooperation opportunities provided by USTB and fully affirmed the effectiveness of the cooperation between the two schools in teaching projects and academic research. He expressed his expectation that the two universities will further expand cooperation areas, strengthen communication and exchanges, and achieve more fruitful results in the future.
USTB and Kasetsart University signed the inter-university cooperation agreement in April 2017. Relying on the scientific research advantages of the USTB Corrosion and Protection Center in the fields of corrosion science, corrosion research and education, the two schools will carry out in-depth cooperation in joint student cultivation, faculty visits and joint seminars, accelerate resource sharing and complementary advantages, deepen win-win cooperation, and promote the implementation of the "Belt and Road" strategy.
Kasetsart University (KU), founded in 1943, is the first national college of higher agricultural education in Thailand and the only national agricultural university in Thailand. KU is a key university in Bangkok, Thailand, a member of Academic Consortium 21, and one of the oldest educational institutions in Thailand. At present, KU has 23 schools, including the graduate school, and is one of the most prestigious comprehensive universities in Thailand.
